Order Acceptance
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless agreed to by viigoousa.com. Payment must be received by viigoousa.com prior to viigoousa.com's acceptance of an order. viigoousa.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by viigoousa.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Return and Refund
Customers can contact Viigoousa via express service center, live chat or email for help when returns happen.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon receipt of your order. Orders within 90 days from the date of shipment can request an exchange or a refund. If the products turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after 90 days and within 180 days since shipment, customers can only get a replacement from Viigoousa. After 180 days from the shipment date, customers will still be allowed to send the defective unit back to Viigoousa. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by manufacturer, Viigoousa will send it back to customers.
Please note that Viigoousa.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
* Product that is configured to your specifications, including personalized products.
* Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker).
