1. I have registered to Partner Program, but I don’t know how to carry it out?

Once you register Partner Program, you are able to start your promotion. You can go to Viigoo Partner Program with You homepage to see your task, and carry out your plan. After you complete the task, go to Viigoo Partner Program with You homepage and click “Submit My Program”. If you are not familiar with commission and rules before carrying out your task, please contact us via EMAIL: marketing@vigoousa.com. After you submit your task (Don’t submit it to us via Email), we will deposit the payment to your account according to the performance of completing your task. You can check your task submitted in “My Account”.

2. What kinds of BTC can I publish my task on the BBS?

You can publish your task on the following websites. If you are familiar with some websites, you can also contact us via message board or email. And then we will assign you suitable task according to your situation. (Note: Be sure to publish the task on websites, forums and blogs which are related to BTC. Otherwise, your task may fail to go through. Specific requirements are based on the task we publish. )

3. What is the Product Review Program?

You can publish the review on our product on the websites, blogs, forums, Youtube.com and more. We appreciate all kinds of reviews including texts, images or videos. Specific requirements are based on the Product Review Program we publish.

4. Why is the task I submitted failed to go through?

■ Any cheating (e.g. post by machine) will result in the failure of going through and your account may be removed.

Viigoo's unique method of commission settlement: If the task has gone through and is in “Processing” status, usually you will receive single payment for single task within 48 hours. It may take 2-4 days during holidays and weekends.

6. What’s the minimum payment amount of commission?

We appreciate any scale of promotion from a company who experts in promotion to a person who is interested in it. There is no minimum payment amount limit. The clearing form for commission is open to you. As long as your task is in “Processing” status, you will get commission except some special reasons. That your task should accord with the requirements of publishing is the primary consideration. Usually, we won’t pay you if the tasks worth less than $2 because it is meaningless.

7. How many methods of receipts? Do I need to pay handling charge?

We pay you by transferring money from PayPal account to PayPal account. You can go to My Account > My Viigoo Partner Program with You and edit your specified method of receipts. There is no handling charge and all Viigoo Partner Program is free of charge.

8. Why haven’t I received commission?

■ Make sure your task is rewarded by commission.
■ After your task has gone through, usually we will pay commission to you within 48 hours. It takes 2-4 days during holidays and weekends.
■ Make sure your receipts account is correct
■ Although there is no minimum payment limit, your task should accord with the requirements and has gone through. Usually, we will not pay you if the tasks worth less than $2.
■ Part of the commission is delayed due to the network or PayPal system. Please wait patiently.

10 What is the task state?

• Waiting: You have submitted a task and then the task is being verified. Generally your task will have gone through within 48 hours.
• Processing: Your task has gone through, generally we will pay you within 48 hours, please wait patiently.
• Paid: If we have paid you, that means this task is finished.
• Rejected: The task you submitted doesn’t accord with requirements, so it is rejected.
• Expired: This program is expired; the task you submitted is invalid.
